thanks for adding a budget.
the amps you suggested won't make near the power levels you posted. you need to look at RMS power only.
Audiobahn A2300HCT is rated 1200W x2 at 1 ohm. that's 400W per sub for a split second. That amp is more likely to give a real 200W RMS to each sub.
I won't comment on the Audiopipe other than say I would avoid it.
I recommend looking for two Powerbass ASA1500.1Dx amps (or equivalent models). they will make a real 1500W RMS at 1 ohm, that's 500W RMS per sub. http://www.woofersetc.com/p8089/ASA15001Dx--PowerBass-1-Ch-1500-Watt-Auto-Sound-Amplifier.htm
or two of these amps are more likely to get you real 1200-1500W RMS at 1 ohm: http://www.woofersetc.com/p7500/BXI-2010D--Hifonics-2000W-1-Channel-MonoBlock-Amplifier.htm
I recommend these amps for two reasons: first - with that much power and that low budget you need Class D monoblocks. second - they are known manufacturers with known output. they have been reviewed and tested and while HiFonics won't usually make rated power, they at least come close. Powerbass will make rated power.

my suggestions above are assuming you have 4 ohm SVC subs. my next question is if those are dual 4 ohm or single 4 ohm subs?
if they are dual 4 ohms subs then you have a total of 12 4 ohm coils. you can wire them for 4 ohm mono or 1 ohm mono.
in that case, get one larger monoblock amp rated at 1 ohm, or two smaller monoblocks rated at 2 ohms.
like a Powerbass XTA4000D.
or two Powerbass ASA-2000.1D or two Kicker ZX1500.1 ran at 2 ohm each.

if you are going to use two amps i recommend they are equal, but it's not totally necessary for them to work.
however, you could run your current setup and add new subs and a new amp for them. the difficult part would be tuning them so you had equal output (if that actually matters).
the most important question is: how are you installing all six? pics of your current setup and what are you planning? you doing a wall?

PB is a good idea. I've done many installs with them...I haven't had one come back yet. They put out the power as advertised. Good equipment.

no model number was given by the OP. I have no positive experience with AudioPipe, but no experience with their large amps. hence, no comment.
regardless, if it "beats" a 2500.1 but costs less than half as much, it's suspect. you get what you pay for.

I feel a tremor in the force...
It says this has potential to be a minor flame war...
Although trying to do a Johnny Storm with a moderator isn't usually a wise thing...
