Before creating a new topic on any subject, please use the search function. There is a pretty good chance that the topic has already been discussed.
If you are troubleshooting a problem, you need to be specific as possible. List all your gear you currently have installed, your car's year/manufacturer/model/trim, the steps you have taken, if any, to solve the problem and what exactly happened when the problem first occured.
