Modifying a 12" hole for a 10" sub

What would be the best way to do this? I have 2 12 inch subs currently but the boxes are small. I bought some 10 inch subs that do not require near the air space the 12's i currently have do. I'd like to use the same box as it was built for under the back seat of my truck.

Any ideas?

i personally would NEVER do that. i would build/buy a new box.

if the box is the right size there isn't really going to be a problem with modifying it for the tens. Like was said above you are going to have to make a new front baffle and glue and screw it down over the original baffle.If done right your box will be even stronger than when you started.
