when to install a xtra battery vs a cap
im trying to decide wither to go with upgrading my stock battery and add a h.o alternator compared to using a cap and just doing and upgrade to my alternator im runnnning
JL 1000/1
JL 450/4
Cdt hd62 front
Cdt 6x9 rear
subs 3 - re se 10's
or maybe you can give a better solution this all i in a 2000 pontiac gran prix

upgraded alt with a new main battery. a second battery is not necessary with the power you have available. a cap is the last thing to add after everything else is already perfect.
