Make sure the HU speaker output is connected to the input of the crossover. Make sure the woofer is connected woofer output on the crossover.

the crossover has 2 inputs, one says woofer, one says tweeter. i hooked the wires from my HU to the woofer input on the crossover (cause thats what the instructions say). and i have the woofer connected to the woofer output and the tweeter to the tweeter output. so i dont see why the woofer isnt working. also on the crossover it has 2 jumpers that say signal link. im not to sure what that is or means.

ok, i just tried hooking up the woofer straight to the headunit, without the crossover and i get nothing. so the only thing i can think of is maybe i need an amp? maybe my HU isnt powerful enough to push them or something. my HD is 22rms/50 peak. and the speakers are 75rms/225 peak.

If you hook the woofer up directly to the head unit and get nothing, the woofer is blown.

^agreed.

i would use a DMM to measure the resistance across the woofer terminals. if you get 0 or O.L. you have a bad woofer. then look at the leads coming off the input terminals, make sure they are both connected.

the jumpers in the crossover are necessary for operation. they allow you to adjust the crossover settings. the owner's manual explains how to measure your locations and where to put the jumpers.

Seems like the crossovers are Bi-amp input (meaning you can have separate input from two different amplifiers or channels)

The jumpers will join the two separate inputs to a common input for both woofer and tweeter
