...is want i want to spend on high/mids. Is this a decent amount to get some screaming highs & audible mids? Prices? Amps? Everything necessary for the installation. Im a noob so will be getting professional installation. All inquiry appreciated.

Ok do you want 300-400 for just the speakers or speakers and an amp? There are tons of speakers in your price range available. Alpine Type-X, JBL GTi (not 60th Anniv set), JL, lower end Focal, lower end Morel. The best thing to do is go to all your local stores, audition everything you can and buy what sounds the best to you.
