of the hiss noise syndrome from the my Pioneer HU. I did not even remove HU for anything before this happened. No more Pioneer for me from now on.

Thanks sqcomp. I was aware of the thread. I just wanted to add one more frustration to this problem.

The RCA ground is grounded to the HU chassis.

did grounding the RCA to chassis remove the noise? if not, it may not be the HU, but could instead be your amp or something else in the signal chain.

9 times out of 10 the ground trick will fix the problem.

Yes the noise is gone after grounding the chassis.
