we need a lot more information man.
list your gear. HU, speakers, amps, etc. describe how they are connected.
describe the problem in more detail. what turns on and off? speakers? subs?
sometimes, it's a short. a short is when two speaker wires touch each other or car metal. this can happen at connections - at the speakers, at the head unit, at the amp(s), etc. basically, you never want to see bare copper anywhere. use proper terminals and connectors.
if it's with an amp, sometimes it's low impedance or thermal overload. the amp will typically have a protect light that turns on.
those are just some typical problems, need a lot more information about your specific system and symptoms.
