Just got a battery from them that had < a 6 volt charge on arrival. Further investigation revealed that the battery was manufactured in 2005.

In addition, they only provide e-mail support, so I have not come to a resolution with them, but their terms do not seem customer friendly to say the least.

The second item I ordered from them was on back order but I was not even informed of this until the battery came. They informed me that they can not provide an ETA. Seems unlikely that they will be able to stock the item.

I wonder if they put items on their site that they do not actually have to attract more buyers.

They charged my credit card in full a about a week before shipping the battery. Most online business these days do not Charge you until the item is ready to ship.

I have requested a full refund and for them to pay the return shipping. I will keep everyone posted on how things go.

That's my next plan of action. I rarely have trouble buying on the net though. I guess a battery is one of those things that is best to by locally. Lesson learned.

I still have not been given resolution from their customer service. I have given them 24 hours to respond with a resolution or I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This is ridiculous for a company that says they have been in business for 14 years. They provide the service I would expect from an internet business 14 years ago. I guess they have just been left in the dust.
