so i have a ford f350 and im gettin sick of the interior, its just to bland. wondering if some of you guys can help out..ive been researching a little bit here and there but this is what i have so far
interested in going with all JL audio stuff including JL audio XR659-csi (2 sets) JL audio 10W3V3 and hopefully a JL amp with around 2000 watts(4channel how does the speaker setup look?
now for the sound dampening? i ahve heard mixed reviews but seems that dynamat comes out on top everytime, but is it really worth all that money?
i would tear absolutly everything out and sound dampen the whole thing(doors, floor, roof, etc.)
what do you guys think? any criticism is welcome
elliot
p.s. im not lookin for this thing to BUMP HARD, just somethin that is alot nicer than the stock stereo

your gear selection will be nicer than stock, for sure. JL doesn't make a 2000W 4ch amp. the 300/4 is more than enough for your setup. then a 500/1 for the sub.
second skin is as good as dynamat extreme. http://www.secondskinaudio.com/products/Noise-and-Sound-Deadener.php
yes, deadener is worth it. properly done, it will also lower the road noise in your vehicle. use it on the doors, floor, sides, etc. the roof too if you can afford it. don't forget luxury liner and overkill for noise absorption.
