Kenwood DNX5140 Navi Black Screen

Can someone please give me a hand? This unit is 4 months old, today when I turn it on and press the Navi button, there is only a black screen and nothing else. All other functions work fine. Tried to restart the unit, no help. Please advise.

Define all other functions... do you have sound? Did you buy it authorized?
