I bought a 88 BMW 325IS it came with this make of alarm say's TELECOM. I have searched the internet posted it on other web sites and so far nothing any help or info even with the wiring harness connections will be helpful. Thanks. See pics.

Use the FCC number to cross reference the model number.

I tried the FCC ID CODE on the remote fob says LQLKNJ2NR when i looked it up came back to K & J Trading Inc 5970 Santa Fe Ave. Huntington Park CA 90255. But i think thats just for the remote. The remote has what looks like a GB logo or CB logo stamped on it. There is no FCC code anywhere on the box for the brain just says CD485A VER A stamped on the board of the brain

Just wanted to know what it can do. Also trying to turn off chirp when i lock and unlock car with remote. Basically the functions of the alarm.

clip the wire marked "SRN" if you want the chirps to stop (will also kill the siren)

clip the wire marked "HRN" if you don't want the horn honks

I'm assuming "PL" is parking lights

UK= unlock
LK = lock

I think if you clip the SRN and HRN wires and remove the sensor plug, you can probably keep the keyless entry aspects of it while killing the alarm features.
