'03 Acura CL-S 6 speed manual transmission - Remote Start Advice

Hello everyone. Well I'm very close to selling my '02 Accord Coupe and changing over to an '03 Acura CL Type S. I've loved my Accord and the Viper 5900 with remote start I installed with the help of Murph and everyone else here.

So now the question is, I am researching new models of alarms/remote starts (hopefully with a smaller remote!) that will provide me with equal or great security, as well as a relatively safe way to integrate into a car with a manual transmission.

I realize we don't post clutch bypass information here, nor do I want that. I don't want the car to start if it is in gear or if I forget to do some special sequence during shutdown. So, I'm wondering which model might provide the safest method of adding a remote start to a manual transmission car. (Though pretty proud of my last install, if necessary, I will take this job to a professional :))
