You can simply screw the amp to the top of the box and make a thin trim panel to set over top of it.

do you ever want to be able to remove the sub box? if so, you don't want to mount your amp to it. however, if you get quick disconnects for all of the amp wires - you could get away with it. if the box will be a permanent installation - go ahead and mount to it.
or, mount to the sides of the SUV. or build a false floor and put the amp under the rear storage floor.

im going to go with a false floor made of mdf with sme plexi glass to show off the amp any tips u guys have

make sure to carpet all pieces since they will be visible when the floor is removed.
redo your ground and keep it short. k thanks i already got a good spot just going to be a pain to route its behind the interior wall plastics ill put some pics up soon jus have to wait till iget paid to go get some mdf and what size thickness would u guys recomend for the mdf sheets its going to hold the fi btl,s fifty pounds plus i will prob have a lil more i waz thinking 1/2 or 3/4 thnx

3/4 is the smallest you should use for the box. make sure to double up on the front baffle and add interior supports. brace the living hell out of it, and when you think you have enough, add some more. it cannot be too stiff. use large t-nuts to hold the sub in place - MDF doesn't hold screws well after repeated use.
glue the seams, but if you want the ultimate in stiffness - resin and fiberglass the seams. the stronger and stiffer the box is, the better.
1/2" MDF is good for amp racks and cosmetic panels, it's not adequate for a sub.
