That is a huge waste of time. The 3.5 is designed to replace a sub standard stock speaker size. I applaud your effort but the results will be less than pleasant.

hopefully you will use that to install a quality midrange driver.

i'm sure the results are better than stock. nice work overall. a bit large, but you're getting airspace in that which helps.
