I want to know if the box i built is too big for my speakers. Each chamber is 1.77cu.ft.(soild box). The speaker manual recommends a 1.2cuft chamber. Will I blow my subs?

No they won't blow from the size of the box. You may get a boomier bass then expected.

you will blow your subs from clipping the amplifier - have your amplifier gain set by an experienced installer. they should own and be able to use a DMM.
