I have a 2001 F-150 Super Crew and im planing on installing a full custom system and I have no idea where Im gana put my subs. I plan on using two 10" subs. I dont want to loose any seatng area and I dont wana get one of those boxes that go under the rear seat. I dont want my truck to look odviously after market, Im not looking to win shows I just want awsome sound and to look professional like the truck was made to come that way if possible. I plan on making my own box most likely out of fiberglass. I know I can put one behind the back seat and as of right now that looks like my best option. Does anyone have any ideas?

PM me if anyone wants to buy a 154 count of metra dash kits, and wiring harnesses from me. nearly all of them are unopened. asking $175 + shipping.
I was considering that but I have a bench in the front and I dont wana loose seating. If I make it so i can still use the front center seat I prob only be able to fit one 8" sub if Im lucky.
There are plenty of boxes for two 10 in that truck. They go under the back seat.
I know that (Im not a noob to audio) and I had said that I dont want one of those. I think those boxes look like crap and Im not going to spend $100-$300 on a box when I can make one for under $50. Im looking for somthing completely hiden or unique.
That would be a good idea but i just checked and theres no room under the truck I just checked. The frame gas tank drive train and exahust are all in the way. If you could find a pic of that truck and let me know that would be awsome.
Fiberglassing behind my back seats is actualy on the top of my ideas right now thats so far my plan. That or possibly in the dash or center console but either of those would have to be an 8", unless I can figure out a way to fab a 10".
I have a 2002 supercab F150 FX4 and I know I can get an enclosure under the rear seat for a 10" under the vehicle. I wouldn't be willing to cut that 10" hole for the sub, but it will fit.
Just take out the interior of the vehicle and see where your sub will fit, then make it happen. That truck comes apart in a matter of seconds. It's ford quality--not held together all that great.
Hey Joo I actually just finished building my own custom fiberglass box for my 1999 Super Crew. I'll post some pics tomorrow of the how it turned out, looks really great and sounds great with my 12' alpine type r. It replaces the middle back seat for an armrest/sub box.
