Rockford Fosgate 360.2 Processor, can't load a saved file.

I installed a Rockford Fosgate 360.2 last weekend to replace an Alpine PXA-H100. WOW what a difference in SQ. Even with the EQ setting's flat the SQ difference was amazing. I had no difficulty in connecting what so ever, first try!! The layout of the software is so intuitive I had it up and running in minutes.
Everything functions as advertised except that I can not load a saved file, the 360 software hangs. At this point you must go into the task manager and end the software. When you reboot, the saved file that you were trying to load is loaded.
Can anyone help?

OK I finally broke down and called RF tech support. They were the nicest and friendliest bunch of people, very helpfull. I deleated the 3Sixty software, then reloaded it. Everything functions perfectly!!!
It does take about 2 minutes to load a saved file.

some times they act up and u have reload the software after you took it off, had the same problem with a friends car ..lol
