the last box i helped made took 2 days(simple 2 10"), not including drying time, the previous one was spread through out a 2-3 mooonths (custom for my truck)HOURS of designing..i might just be dense.

it has taken me exactly a month to make the boxes for my pathfinder,and they are not complete yet,still have to cut the hole for the 15s and cut the holes for the ports and make the ports,fiberglass and brace,i am slow,but i only have a few hours on the weekend to do the work,

i think making a custom truck box, ESPECIALLY for the ford ranger is one of the most difficult boxes to make in the world.

i knock out standard sealed boxes in about an hour or a little more.
ported boxes take me about an hour 45- 2 hours

yeah square sealed box takes no time. i built a ported box for a 12 that fit behind the seat of a regular cab tacoma in about 6 hours counting drying time for the bedliner.

newest box took me a total of 2.5 hours. not including drying and carpetting of course. i wish they sold sheets of 4x4 instead of 4x8.

once i get the measurements its only a matter of about an hour to 3 for any box ive ever built.. walls.. maybe a the better part of 6 to 8 hours..

i didn't do the wiring, that was his part. that pic was shot right after we confirmed that everything worked. i told him to go back later and clean it up some.
i had nothing to do with the install other than putting the box in there. the rest was all him.
