So heres the situation. Got a kicker kx350.4 powering my 4 alpine type r 6.5s. The problem is that im gettin some loud whining from the 3rd and 4th channels(getting louder as i accelerate), doesnt matter what speakers i hook up to those channels they both whine, whether its the front or rears that are connected, yet channels 1 and 2 work perfectly. I've checked my ground and it seems to be fine, i re wired that today and the problem is still there. My rca's arnt running along my power wire either and neither is my speaker wire, they run on opposite sides. I even hooked up some new stinger rca's and the problems still around. im wondering if a ground loop isolator is the solution or what cuz i cant figure this out for the life of me. Need some help here!!!

If channels 1 and 2 work and 3 and 4 have noise, you have an amp problem.
Swap the RCAs though from channels one and two to 3 and 4 and see if the noise goes away. If it does go away, then your HU is the problem. If it doesn't then you have an amp issue.
That isn't a wiring issue.
