Here is the set up: IVA-W200,PMD-B100 (Blackbird Nav Unit), PMD-Dok1 (Dock for Blackbird. The double din head unit is connected to the dock and the Blackbird is in the dock. Everything worked fine for the first year or so, and then it seems that about 3 months ago the problem started. The problem is this: When there is a DVD playing in the head unit, and you try to use the GPS it either cant locate GPS antennas or it will locate and when it starts to give you directions it freezes. Sometimes it unfreezes but by then you have pushed 7 different buttons and it tries to enter them all, almost like a computer or phone that freezes and then catches up. But the weird thing is that it sometimes starts going to menu items that I never even pushed. Basically when a DVD is playing you cant use the navi. I have taken the Nav out of the dock and used it attached to the window and it works perfect, and with out a DVD playing it works fine in the dock. Any suggestions. This seems to of started happening after we got a DVD stuck in the head unit and we had to open up the unit and remove the dvd. Any ideas?
