Looking for replacement installation wiring

I have a 2001 motor home with a Panasonic CQ-R255SEUC radio and a CX-DP801EUC eight disc changer. I am installing a new HDTV in the overhead entertainment center. The re-design requires that I mount the disc changer in a new location and I need the wiring harness that ties these two components together. My owners manuals simply call this cord (or harness) the "extension cord".

Can someone offer suggestions on where I could find a new extension cord?
