Not without adding a sunshade or something just to the HU itself...
EDIT: Actually, it really depends on the layout of the cars interior, and where the light is coming from. I suffer from the same problem in my Camry most of the time, and I just have to block the glare with my hand. So yeah, the only thing I can think of would be a sunshade for it, which wouldn't exactly look premium...
