They will work. I probably would buy a sub that is rated more towards 500-600w rms. Also make sure you buy subs will allow you to wire to 1 ohm(SVC 2ohm, DVC 4ohm, DVC 1ohm), assuming your looking to get the full 1000w.

those subs are 1000W RMS. but looking at the basket - i don't think they could restrict air flow any more if they tried. looks like a sh1tty design IMO. For the money i'd buy something else. A type-x would have higher output then that Pioneer. Or look at Image Dynamics IDMAX or Fi Car Audio BTL.

those pioneers are the crappiest subs you can buy beside Pyle etc.. what i would get is two of these and if you go ported or sealed it up to you. i would go sealed for sound quality and ported for spl but it's up to you. not saying those are the rules and only rules to follow because there is band pass best of the two and so on all the way to a t-line. what i suggest going with are at the link below or get some rock fostgate p3's they hit very hard and kinda match what you got. so it's not a mutt type system any ways these would make it a mutt type system " the one's at link" but are a heck of a lot louder then those p3's in my book and like other have said other good subs too.

if you aren't planning on upgrading to more power in the future, then all you need is a sub that can handle ~500wrms.
