Hey everyone, just picked up a USX2050 off of ebay, got a great deal, and upon receipt of the amp i understand why. The previous owner melted two output transistors and two output resistors. Not a problem, costs literally about $3 to fix. Now the problem is this, i was able to get a number off of the transistors, but not the resistors. They were damaged to the point where the color bands are unreadable. The two resistors in question are the R123 and R223. Would anyone here happen to know the value of those resistors? Any help is greatly appreciated.

That's a tough call. I'd contact the e-bay seller and ask for my money back unless you bought it "as is". If so, you could take the amp with you to the local elelctronics parts store and see if they can make heads or tails of the resistors.

Another option would to e-mail Steve at zedaudio@aol.com

Now, before considering all of this.... you have to wonder if the burnt resistors are the only problem the amp has......
