Which amp and subwoofer??

I have a 2005 Dodge quad cab with the Pioneer AVIC 3 HU, JL XL 653 3 way component system powered by a JL 300/2 amp. Want to add a subwoofer and upgrade my amp.

I'm looking at adding 1- 10" subwoofer and was thinking about the JL AUDIO 10W3V2-D4 10" W3 V2 10W3 CAR SUBWOOFER and upgrading the amp to a JL 450/4.

IMO, system sounds real good but want to add a little more, what do you think?

can't go wrong with JL. That is a very nice amp.

keep in mind that you need to base your sub choice (W3 vs W6) with the airspace you can give it.

if the box is done right you should be very happy.

Amp is going in one of the back spaces under the rear seat...so what would you recommend for spacevs amp?

what are you asking? sorry, i don't understand the question. are you asking if you can locate it behind a seat? it needs airflow - it will get hot. put a fan on it if you limit airflow.
