I have two amps runnig in my 98 honda crv and one is a hifonics Brutus which is running to my subs and the other one is a hifonics titan. now the titan i just got yesterday and when i installed it i get engine noise and this noise has happened to me everytime i hook an amp to my components. and i have a ground loop isolater ran in the deck to the rcas and it still keeps makeing this noise and its really pissing me off please help

That could be the source of your problems right there. Your amplifiers far exceed the quality of the radio.
Are your RCA cables right next to the power wire?
What are your gains set at on the channel amp?
Is the noise only when the truck is running?
How short and how solid are the grounds?

what do you mean so what do i have to do to fix this its not the deck and all my grounds are connected to my cap and the main ground from my cap is at a solid bolt.

no the rcas arent by the power, i really dont know what the gains are, and yes the noise is only when the truck is running and grounds are about 12inches

what about the head unit ground it's self? i had a old reliant k car when the radio ground came unhooked you would hear alt wine.this and if you are using those aluminum connectors from lowes or home depot for the ground connection those are meant to be use with a no oxidizing compound for aluminum called noaloux made by ideal sold at home depot and lowes i am beting it's a ground issue and those that use the aluminum terminal shall remain nameless lol. also did you remove the paint from the spot were it's grounded to the body of the frame if so look for rust to. on the screw or frame.

how long is long?
try disconnecting your cap.
also, ground the hu to car steel.
