I know alot of ppl probly do it but is it entirely safe to screw L brackets to your subwoofer box right? I mean puttin all them holes in the box, well just 2 for each bracket but i figured the the holes would be too small to have any effect on the sound quality of the box?

It's totally fine. You won't hurt SQ at all. Just be sure you don't screw into the gas tank when you anchor the L brackets to the floor. ;\)
