the plain door

the outer skin deadened

the pieces i cut to fill in the holes, 1/2" plywood

the pieces screwed in

damplifier pro sealed all up

a couple pics of how i sealed around the rods, i bascially have a layer of the foil touchin' the rod so it can move easy without gettin' stuck on anything

a pic with the deflex pad glued in the background

pic of my baffle and the molding clay, its made from 2 pieces of 3/4" mdf

just about done and with the mid bass in

very good job deadening. that looks a lot cleaner than mine.

you're going to kill me, but i think you might have wanted to waterproof those wooden pieces a little better.

overall looks really good. how does it sound?

really, i thought it looked a little rough, and i thought about water proofin' them but decided to just spray paint them, i had some baffles from my white truck with no paint and they had very little water damage and that was after 7 yrs ;\)

oh, and they're not hooked up yet, i just deadened the door and ran my power wires and rca's, i had the wires ran in the door from earlier in the week

maybe you don't have much water leakage. also, since there's mat over them, i doubt you'll ever notice.

seriously though, those doors do look great. keep the build pics up.

lol, you used the same speaker wire i did. the stuff rocks.

did you bolt your baffles in place, or just use some big heavy duty screws?
