Hey everyone, I'm looking for a stereo wiring diagram for a 2008/2009 Chevy Cobalt SS. Can anyone sign onto the Directechs system to try and find it for me???? It would be a major help!! Thank you.

GM radio colors have been the same forever. What are you doing? If it's a new radio go buy the right harness and don't hack up a new car.

No, I'm just adding a Fixed Line Output converter to the factory system to add my amplifiers.

I figured that, I need the remote wire from the factory head unit

if you just need the remote turn on you should have asked at the beginning.

You have to get an accessory wire from the fuse box or ignition. There is no usable remote or accessory at the radio.

don't forget to add a 1A fuse and switch at the dash for that wire.
