look for the best all around SQ subwoofer? I want size and name and reason why? And what kinda box. I want like1 to 4 subs that I'm working on getting but I want it to sound perfect bass wise thats why I want more then one. So any info would be great.

my next sub will be either Image Dynamics Q or Fi Q. Which one will depend on the application. My brother in law has a 2001 Tundra and we're looking at a 10" Fi Q in a custom middle console. It has very small sealed requirements.

does 2 ohm or 4 ohm really make that much of a difference in SQ? I want to get more subs so its loud but I want a ton of sound quality

I would look into the Q series from either Fi or Image Dynamics.
A friend of mine just installed a Fi 15" Q and it sounds amazing. Although he did have Fisher Customs build his box for him....

I have a basement full of different subs and the JBL Wgti subs
are by far the best all around SQ sub on the market...
there are subs that will get louder and put out stronger low end
but the Wgti is deadly accurate and tight (very musical)

I looked on that link and seems like there is more info on what kinda of sub I should invest in, that is not on that page? Do you get what im saying? Like there should be more info on this subject then just the link. Don't get me wrong its a good link but yea...

you also can consider look at the Soundsplinter RLP sub .is also an GOOD quality sub .amazing sound and don't need very big box.

If you can find one I don't think it would be easy to beat the old Velodynes with the servo mechanism as far as SQ subs go. They pop up on ebay every once in a while. They usually go for around $750 to $900. But if you want the best it'll cost you.
Here's another good choice as far as SQ goes. The Aura sound Mobile Reference subs. I don't know why more people don't recomend these subs for SQ. I was pretty much blown away by them.
But I'm sure you've heard this before "let your own ears decide"

i agree. for some really good sq subs, the JL 12w6v2, the Fi Q, and the Image Dynamics IDQ are really good ones that I've heard.

I've heard some mmats audio subs. They are amazing. Check them out. They were ported in my friends car and let me tell you I have never seen such clean bass in a ported box. 750wrms for each sub. Hand build in America bottom up. Pricy though... $500 a sub. Check them out : http://www.mmatsproaudio.com/p3.html
