I have a 2000 honda civic ex 2dr coupe.

I am going to be buying new speakers and want to know if these will work, and if they are good.. iam on a very slim budget.

i wanna get these visonik 6-1/2" speakers

http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_10178_Visonik+V654.html

and i wanna get these kicker 6x9's

http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_10603_--+ON+SALE-+--+Kicker+KS69+-055KS69-.html

should these fit in my civic and sound good? i ahve stock right now.

sorry i have no idea on this subject.

only thing that worries me is the top mount depths.

THANKS IN ADVANCE

What is your budget? Both sets of speakers will work, however I would suggest not buying the 6x9 and buying a good set of front speakers. I heard on set of Visonik speakers a long time ago and I did not like them. If I was you I would try to find a place who has them on a sound board and listen to them and see what you think.

get kicker speakers for the front, spend more on them than the rear - front speakers are more important.

that said, you'll want 6x9's in the rear for some low end punch if you don't have a sub. get speakers from the same series, same manufacturer. avoid mixing brands of speakers in a car (subs don't count) unless you know what you're doing.

as a general rule of thumb; components in front with rear speakers that are as closely matched to the front speakers as possible.

just buy new speakers for the front. get rear speakers when you have more money. or save up.
