Hey i have a 5 Farad Capacitor by Alumapro, its probably a 2002 year model, but it still works well. I have 3 empty sockets for wires in the positive side and 3 negative I have these bolt/nail things in the 2 outside sockets of the positive and 2 in the negative sorta like this.. ( + + + | - - - )

I need help wiring it to my amp, and if anyone could explain to me how to do it, id really appreciate it.

Thank you

the cap wires the same as any other. that cap has multiple wiring terminals so you can have 1/0 in from the battery/alt and 1/0 out to your amp(s). you can also ground your amp to the cap and ground the cap to steel (again with 1/0).

Don't use any wire smaller than 1/0 for your main in/out.

you need a BIG relay that intercepts the power from the battery. AlumaPro recommends that you do NOT have the cap connected at all times. It usually comes with the cap. Then you'll need another realy (bosch type) to trigger the 100A relay that intercepts the power wire.
