I just got my kenwood ddx512 this weekend and have been having some issues with it. I have read around and saw that I need to update the firmware. I currently have 1.3 and the update i download is 1.4. However I can not get it to work. Every time I put the CD in it says error reading disc. I extracted the zip file and burned the folder and the file onto CD-R in data format but that didnt work. I then tried burning just the file in the same fashion and that didnt work either. Am I missing something or doing something wrong. Kenwood's site isnt much help on the matter. Thanks
