I've never built a box before let alone a ported box. I want to know what I should do if I have 2 eclipse sw8152's (the older alums)...I have a cadillac deville so trunk space is not an issue. Also is there any cheaper way to get ports? I already have one port because I have a box for 1 eclipse already...Tell me what you guys think?

Also, which way should the subs fire, and which way should the ports firE? Also I'm going to be sending them 1100-1200 watts..maybe a tad more like 1300-1400 as i heard they're over rated. and just be responsible with the gain and volume knob. Also another quick question..If I get this setup in a good enclosure is it a reasonable goal to be able to hit 145db on a termlab? I know its hard to get up there in a trunked car but I just want to know.
Anywyas thanks!!!
