Hello All!

I was in the process of doing the big 3, I got the battery neg, and the engine ground.
But as I was doing the alternator. I ran into a little problem.
My alternator goes through the fuse box, But what I just found out was it splits and goes to both fuse boxes.
I tried some car forums, but no luck, So I came here in hope.
I need help finding out how to do the alternator wire of the big 3.
Pics pretty much tell it all, If you have any questions please ask,
thank you for your time and help
-Matt

#1:1 b/w alternator wire
#2: b/w wire splits into two
#3: where one wire goes
#4: where the other wire goes
#5:This one connects direct to the battery(I have the wire unhooked)

I would just put a wire from the alternator directly to the battery's positive post, with a fuse in-line.

And still Keep the origanal wiring correct?
Because the one wire that goes to the smaller fusebox, that is the only power wire to go to that fusebox.
Would I run into a problem with that fusebox not getting enough power?
In other words will ALL of the alternator's "power" go though the larger wire and not through the small one(to the fusebox)
Also thank you for the quick reply
-Matt

As long as the factory wires are still connected, everything will get what it needs.

exactly. electricity takes all paths. in this case, it will the fuse box will get power two ways - through the factory wiring AND through the new additional wiring. you create a parallel path to the fuse box by adding an additional wire. the only real "issue" with this is that your alt is no longer protected from an overload situation, just short circuit since you now have two large fuses. make sure you fuse that new alt wire as close as possible, and protect the alt positive post with a modified rubber boot to prevent corrosion.

Im a little confused now. Should I just run the wire from the alt. to the battery and fuse it near the battery or do I have another option?
You mentioned that the fuse box would be getting power 2 way's.
And when you say fuse it close as possible you mean to the battery correct?
I apologize if something flew over my head and I missed something
