I am having trouble getting my contacts sent to my unit. I have the BT200 and the phone is paired with the unit however the button for phonebook is grayed over. Can anyone help me with this?

I assume you mean the Kenwood Bluetooth module. Not real familiar with that one but I've read that you have to get the latest firmware for the module and your phone or you could have issues. Check with Kenwood and see if you are up to date.

It probably means your phone is not 100% compatible with the the Bluetooth unit. That's unfortunately common right now.

I have the same problem with my DNX5120 and my LG VX8500 Chocolate. I find that the phonebook appears (and the keypad for direct dialing) only when the parking break is enabled. The received/missed calls do appear and can be selected, but not phone book or outbound dialing by direct number entry. Since my phone supports voice, I can program my hu to recognize numbers for voice dialing outbound ... but this is quite a restriction of the bluetooth -- one i did not have with the alpine unit I replaced.
