finding parts

I fried some transistors in a Kicker Kx650.4 and I need to find some new ones the only thing i found on them is ifr244v and a second number 446h. Where would be a good place to get parts from?

Why did you fry the transistors is the more important question... you may have bigger problems with that amp then just replacing some parts.

there are several IC and Transistor sellers that may stock a match.

Try Digikey, or Newark

places like this may have something as well (some have minimum orders)

i do agree with fox, you need to know why the components failed and what else was damaged. the only way to do that with any confidence is with a schematic.

well is there anywhere i can find a schematic for a kicker kx650.4. i want to try to fix it myself to learn more about amplifier repair but i don't know how to pick the right transistor the numbers on the side of it i can't really make anything out of them.

you'll have to buy a service manual for that amp. contact Kicker and find out who sells those for them.
