I am building a SQ Beetle for a SEMA Booth vehicle. I want to hear your expereinces as to what has worked and hasn't worked. Photos, suggestions, I want to know.

heavily modified rebuilt dash. Look at what Nick Wingate did.

Subwoofer in the dead center of the dash. Modify the factory locations on the end to hold the rest of your front stage. I would probably put the midbass in the floors, if that dash doesn't kill it. Directly on axis with the listeners in the floor. Either a sealed enclosure udner the vehicle or free air depending on the speaker used.

Then midrange/tweeter up top.

That dash is SWEET once you modify it. That car has stupid potential.
