Helo guys
I'm new here and would like to ask about my amp setup

I have a Soundstream PCA 4.260 4channel amplifier
4x 40watts 4ohms
2x 130watts 4ohms

I would like to bridge the 4ch to 2ch to get 130watts x 2 to power up my front Soundstream LS.60C component speaker.
but from wat I know,
after bridging the output shud be mono.
so is it possible to get stereo output to my component speaker after bridging the 4channel amplifier?
if yes, how shud i do it?

Thank you very much \:\)

if your amp has 2 pairs of RCA cable inputs, instead of going white to white, and red to red, you can simply put both whites on channels 1/2 input, and both reds on channels 3/4 input...that will make one channel solid left, and one channel solid right...no front/rear control though, but seeing as you want to power one set of comps, should work fine.

^ yup.

kaito, you're right in thinking that a signal is mono after bridging, but since you have four channels, you end up with two, so no problem.

I usually use Y-splitters in this situation
