PAC and a LOC on same HU

This is all on a stock HU in a 07 Armada without Bose.
I have a PAC installed for a line in on the HU to play the DVD player on the truck speakers.I'm wanting to add an amp so i need to hook up a LOC.The last time i did this i did it behind the HU.What i'm asking are the wires that hook up the LOC,are they the same ones in the Harness that the PAC(line in) is on? Will these two interfere with each outer?

the LOC is going to go on the front or rear speaker outputs. The 07 Armada should have a sub already though. If so, use that output.
