Hey guys, I was just wondering if any of you have ordered from HiFiSoundconnection.com and if you did was it an okay experience? Im finding some good deals there and I was just curious. Thanx

OMG! DONT DO IT!

They seem to be pretty good with little items such as wire harnesses etc, but with amps and things of that nature they are HORRIBLE!. I ordered an Alpine amp. They said they had 3 in stock when I purchased. Didnt ship within 3 days so i emailed them. Told me it would ship in 2-3 business days. That didn't happen so I email again. on Backorder for 2 weeks. 2 weeks pass and still no shipment. Asked for refund. They tried to stall talking about it'll ship in a couple days. Didnt happen asked again and they didnt respond. I left negative feedback b/c they suck and They emailed me talking about "you left me neg so no way Im refuding yo now you can wait. you just screwed

Then they made a dispute on eBay about me not paying! So I responded to that with the transaction info and made one for them about not getting my item and filed a claim with BBB. They refunded my money then.

Hifi Sound Connection has shaken my trust in eBay audio stores $\:\($

again, wrong thread. I ordered my subs and amps from them about a year ago with no problem at all. Arrived on time, and packaged well. ^Maybe he just had bad luck $\:confused\:$

I got my front stage amp from them (authorized :D) with no problems at all. That was about five months ago though. I have also ordered from them before that with no problems.

On Aug.24 th 2009 I purchased 2 car receivers, 6 6"x9" speaker boxes and 8 speakers from HIFISoundconnection.com . I paid via PayPal the total amount + shipping : $ 478.28
Shortly after the purchase I received 1 car receiver and the 6 speaker boxes ( worth approx. $150.00)
It has now been 10 weeks , they still advertise the items I bought on their site but obviously do not have them in stock .
Because I was too patient PayPal will not do a thing ( more than 45 days) . HIFISoundconnection offered me a store credit but there is nothing similar in store at comparable price .
Is this a scam ? Can they take your money for something that is not in stock and then give you a store credit ?
I would not complain at all if I had been charged only for the items they sent , but being charged the full amount for the items and the full amount for shipping is not acceptable .
