help program viper 3000 alarm!!!

help me!!! i have a 2000 lincoln navigator with a viper 3000 alarm system with a remote start. the stock theft system is still in use. today i had the dealer get me new keys to the truck. when they programed the keys to the truck and now the remote stant dont work.. it cranks for about 5 sec. but does not fire. please help me!!!!!!!!!!!1

The bypass module needs to be reprogrammed. Take it back to the shop that did the install.

Wont the key need to be programed

So wont he need to go to the person who installed it
Have the key taken out of the bypass
go to the dealer
have key programed
go back to shop to have the key reinstalled in bypass

Or if your nice the shop will program the key for you.

If they programed new keys it bumped either the 556U with the key inside or the 556S which is basically another key.

or you can use a sl-1 and you will not need to use your key under the dash. only program and done..
