I want a flared slot port common chamber box for two 12's or 15's. i have never made a subwoofer box before so i dont know that the flared port is something for beginners, but i still want to know how its done...

i also like the recessed subwoofer look where you cut one hole to the mounting diameter and the other to the overall diameter or something like that... how do you ge the holes to line up?

i would love any information on how to do this that would be great

You are 100% right. That guy is an expert box builder... the way he got there though is something you can do. Start small. Learn about the different types of enclosures. Learn about woodworking techniques.

Practice, practice, practice.

Then when you have the basics mastered, you can start trying "what if's" with a much higher likelihood of success.

Yes you need to calculate the port area difference if you are going to make an enclosure with such a drastic flair on the port.

OK so are there an programs that can be down loaded on making a Sub box???? i have heard there are but i have not be able to find any!!!

This is about the best free one you can get LinearTeam WinISD. I personally perfer Bass Box but that isnt free
