I was wondering what everyone thought the best Head Unit for under $100 is?

Preferable specifications are that it has a front AUX on the face so I can connect my Ipod and it fits into a 91 Honda Accord SE 4-Door.

$100
I guess you don't care about quality or features.

Kenwood makes a nice deck in your price range.

Ya I know $100 is cheap, but I'm on a tight budget and I really don't need a awesome bumbping sound system with amps and subwoofers. Just something that's affordable and not actually junk.

I might be able to go $20 or $30 above $100 if that would make any large difference.

Someone on anothe forum recommended the JVC KD-G430 for ($130) which I'm considering even though it's $30 above my price range. Is the JVC a good Head Unit?

Your best bet would be a friggen pawn shop or a used deck through the classifieds. A decent 100 brand new deck doesnt exist. Buy a used one locally and test it prior to buying it.

I could probably get you a Kenwood KDC-MP435U for $110 plus shipping, but it would need to be quick cause there is only one left. I run this head unit and really like it. It has the usb on the front, with the aux coming out the back. Let me know if you would like it (pm me), and if so we can try to work something out.

Why dont you wait and save your money so you dont have to spend more on an upgrade later.

Go to Best Buy and get it for $120 without shipping.

x2. But are you planning on upgrading to a better HU and how desperatly do you need a HU now? If yes, and you don't desperately need one I would wait and buy something with better quality.

That head unit retails for 200, lowest price online is at http://www.cartronixplus.com, which is 119+shipping. No problem for me, just trying to help a guy out by letting him know what I can get.
