I have an Alpine cda-7874 HU which I am replacing with a cde-9873 due to haveing problems with the cdplayer. I currently have a skyfi 2 plugged into the Mbus link input which works great. However from what I have been able to find the cde-9873 only has the new Full Speed Ipod input. Can I plug my skyfi 2 into the ipod input? The connector looks the same but I don't want to damage either unit. I know I can use the wireless FM modulator in the skyfi but perfer not to if possible.
